Hi there,
last night my friend told me that he is facing an issue with SyncBackFree where his scheduled backups aren't running as expected. We've set up the profile correctly, and it works fine when we run it manually, but for some reason, the scheduled tasks just don't trigger at the specified time. we’ve double-checked the settings, and the schedule is definitely active. we’ve also ensured that the computer is on and not in sleep mode during the scheduled times. Is anyone else experiencing this problem? Any tips on how to troubleshoot or fix this would be really appreciated!

Hi - Yes, I have just started to experience the same issue.
I am running Windows 11 Pro update 24H2 and I am pretty certain it was this last update that broke it.
My last successful scheduled run was the day before I updated.

Wierdly, the profiles have just started running automatically, again.

Hello,
I'm a very new user and I've just encountered the same problem / Same error message...
The help file seems to indicate that you should schedule your task in "Run only when user is logged in" mode.

I’ve faced a similar issue with SyncBackFree before. Scheduling the task to 'Run only when user is logged in' worked for me too. Also, ensure no Windows updates or permission changes are affecting the tasks. Hope this helps!
