Critical error due to mail.jfm file

SyncBackFree is the freeware version of SyncBack. It is *not* an evaluation version of SyncBackPro/SE.

Critical error due to mail.jfm file

I have been using Synback Free for quite some time now. Very happy with the program.
However, not sure why, but recently I noticed a critical error is reported due to one small file (16KB) in Windows Live Mail.
The (translated) message is: Copying from source: File is locked (D:\Windows Libe Mail\Mail.jfm): The process does not allow access to the file as it used by another <br) process ... failed
Not sure why this is coming up now, as I have not seen this before.
So far I have made sure, the folder in which the jfm file is listed is not included as a source. I also deleted the file, but it keeps coming back with a new date. When I shut down WLM, I do not get the error message. So it must have something to do with running processes, but why this has recently appeared? Moreover I noticed that the folders that are included are properly backed up. So no real issue, but just try to understand why this error message keeps coming up.
Hope anyone can shed some light on this.
