restoring a file

SyncBackFree is the freeware version of SyncBack. It is *not* an evaluation version of SyncBackPro/SE.

restoring a file

Post by lunis.j »

Searched here but can't find the answer. Should be easy. SB and W8,
Have had SB for a LONG time. Now, for first time, I have to restore a file - ONE file. I can find how to restore my most recent profile, but what I want is
a) a file backed up 2 months ago,
b) one file.
How do I do that? HELP doesn't seem to have the answer (or I can't find it).

Please note that your version of SyncBackFree is outdated. You can download and install the latest version from the link below: ... _Setup.exe

Do not uninstall and reinstall, or you'll lose your profiles & settings. Just install 'over the top'.

This KB article explains in detail the steps to restore a single file from your backup drive, which you can refer to: ... f-my-files

Thank you.
