We want to know about any and all bugs so we can fix them as soon as possible. We usually need more information and details from you to reproduce bugs and that is better done via a support ticket and not this forum.
SyncBackFree is the freeware version of SyncBack. It is *not* an evaluation version of SyncBackPro/SE.

If you are using SyncBackFree V22.214.171.124 then update to V126.96.36.199. There was a bug in V188.8.131.52 that could stop scheduled profiles from running.

I'm using Win 10 64-bit and the latest version of SyncBack. The scheduled backup always gives an "aborted by user" message. Manual run works OK, as was everything in Win 7.
