Hello,
Sorry for my poor English .
I have a problem with my backup tracking. I have to refresh it to have the right dates .
What should I do for this refresh to be done automatically ?
thank you in advance for your help
Alain
Useful information ? :
I did a test by manually executing the task (unattended) and the tracking is updated.
The problem is therefore related to the planning of the task.
Thank
Do not uninstall and reinstall, or you'll lose your profiles & settings. Just install 'over the top'.
After upgrading, configure the schedule task to run only when the user is logged-in (tick the option 'Run only when user is logged on' under: Modify > When > Edit Schedule > Security tab) and check if the last run, next run and result columns are updated? If it works, and if the problem occurs only when the schedule task is configured to run whether the user is logged-in or not, then it could be related to new security changes in Windows. Please read this form post for more details:
It's OK !
I updated SyncBackFree with the latest version (V8.3.16.0) and change the configuration of the task schedule "Option: run only when the user is logged-in".
After a scheduled execution test the dates are up to date.
Thank you very much Swapna
Alain
