Ignore Hidden and system files in backup
Is there any setting that would ignore the system files and hidden files while doing a backup? This would avoid getting unnecessary error messages.

Hi,
You can enable the options 'Do not copy hidden files' and 'Do not copy system files' under:
Modify profile > Expert > Compare Options > Attribute settings
save the settings and run the profile.
Thank you.

Thanks...
I'm trying to backup my app data from my user account in Win 10 / 64. Is there any way to do that without getting so many errors from locked files and folders?
Thanks

Hi,
SyncBackFree does not support copying locked files. If you want to copy open/locked files, you can use SyncBackPro/SE versions. If you do not own a copy of SyncBackPro/SE and wish to test it's functions, you are welcome to try our fully functional SyncBack, which we offer a free 30-day evaluation.

If you do decide to purchase, the serial number will convert the 'trial' to the 'registered' version.
Thank you.
