I am migrating SyncBackFree to a new machine. I have exported all my profiles from the old machine v9.1.12.0.
When I try to imported the same exported profiles to my new machine (v9.2.12.0), I receive an error dialog with the message:
"A group profile must have at least one profile in it"
Note that nothing is imported.

Re: Error: A group profile must have at least one profile in it
Hi,
The error 'The group profile must have at least one profile in it' will be returned when you import the group before importing the member profiles inside the group.
Note that when importing profiles and groups, you should always import any Group profiles last, i.e. import the individual profiles in a Group before importing the Group itself. If you do not, any empty Groups (with no member profiles or sub-Groups yet imported) will immediately self-delete as part of the internal housekeeping.
This KB article describe the steps to import your profiles, which you can try to resolve your issue:

Thank you
