Thank you for having options to turn off the horizontal and vertical grid lines.
Unfortunately, in v9.4.1.1, after turning off all grid lines, closing SyncBackFree, and then restarting it, the horizontal grid lines reappear.

I discovered this has already been reported and fixed in a beta:
