Mirror Setting
I deleted some songs in itunes folder and then did a backup to external itunes folder. Realized that the destination folder still had the deleted songs, so then created new profile but chose a mirror for this one. Ran the new task and songs are still on the destination folder. I thought the mirror option would delete anything on the destination that was no longer on the source. What settings should I change?

I totally agree with you, iTunes is a very inconvenient program, in my opinion. No matter how many times I tried to figure it out, it didn't work for me either.
