Last Run on Profiles dashboard doesnt seem to be updating after a successful run. Do not see this as a previous issue. Any ideas how to resolve?

This is occurring only with scheduler

Syncback displays what the Windows Task Scheduler shows. Suggest you look directly in the Windows Task Scheduler and see if the status is showing there.
