problems with backing up outlook files

SyncBackFree is the freeware version of SyncBack. It is *not* an evaluation version of SyncBackPro/SE.

problems with backing up outlook files

Post by thanver »

I received the following message:
Copy from Source : Secure copy failed. Failed to rename the temporary file: File is locked (D:\BackUpLacie\BackUpOutlook\Outlook Data File.pst): The process cannot access the file because it is being used by another<br>process failed.
(there is no other outlook-process running).

The problem does not appear to have been resolved. During the automatic backup, the error message returned. If I then manually run the backup of Outlook in syncbackfree, there is no error message and the backup runs without problems.
