On my Windows desktop PC I use SyncBack Free to copy or move files 1) between my PC and two different external backup drives connected to said PC and 2) from one of those external backup drives to my NAS server.
I just noticed that my data usage on my PC says that SyncBack has consumed 460+ Gigabytes in the last 30 days! Does SyncBack use the internet to move or copy files? I could not find an answer to this anywhere.
If it does use the internet, which of my two methods causes this; 1 or 2 or both?
Anyone got any ideas or a link to an article or something? I may have to set a monthly data limit in Windows.
