I have used SyncBackfree for many years without a problem until the latest update to version V11.3.72.0 (32bit). Now at windows start I have my profiles but none of them have a schedule set. If I close the program and restart it choosing "run as administrator" then I get the schedules for my profiles back.
I can only assume that it previously started in admin mode and now doesn't, or it didn't need to be in admin mode previously and now does need to be. Anyone else have this problem? I have tried uninstalling it and reinstalling which made no difference.
I'm running Win10 Home, (10.0.19045) (Core 22H 2009)
I did raise a support ticket even though I know the free version is not entitled to support as it did say they would be interested in bug reports. They did reply but it seems they are not going to look at the problem.

Re: After latest update, not starting in Admin' mode.
Hi,
We conducted some tests but were unable to reproduce the issue, whether or not SyncBackFree was run with admin permissions. Based on this, we suspect the schedules may have been initially created using one user account and are now being accessed by a different user account.
Please note that, by default, scheduled tasks are created and stored in the Windows Task Scheduler under the user account that is logged in and running SyncBack at the time. As a result, tasks created by one user account cannot be viewed or edited by another user for a centrally stored profile. To verify this, you can check Windows Task Scheduler > Task Scheduler Library > 2BrightSparks > SyncBackFree and see if there are two folders within the "SyncBackFree" node.
If you find two folders, this indicates that different user accounts exist on your system, and the schedules were likely created under one account and are now being accessed by another. To resolve this, you will need to recreate the scheduled tasks while logged in as a standard user and delete any tasks created under the Administrator account.
Thank you.

Thanks for the reply. I have now got it working by recreating the schedules. I only have one user on my PC so it is a mystery why it did what it did. Thanks again for the response.
