If you find a bug in any of our software, please submit a support ticket. It does not matter if you are using our freeware, a beta version or you haven't yet purchased the software. We want to know about any and all bugs so we can fix them as soon as possible. We usually need more information and details from you to reproduce bugs and that is better done via a support ticket and not this forum.
If you are entitled to technical support then please submit a support ticket. Please do not post the same question to the forum and also via a support ticket. Once again, 2BrightSparks does not provide technical support via this forum.
SyncBack Touch is a cross-platform (Windows, macOS, Linux and Android) file server for use with SyncBackPro and SyncBackSE. It is free to use with SyncBackPro/SE V10 or newer. For technical support visit https://support.2brightsparks.com/
We will consider supporting Linux-based systems if our development platform supports it in the future. Since Mac OSX and Android are already supported so hopefully it wil be a matter of time.

I'd be very interested in a Syncback Pro 7 version that one could install in Linux!

Hi,
For SyncBackPro (and SyncBackFree/SE for this matter) there has never been a plan to port to another o/s, besides MS Windows. As for SyncBack Touch, we are still waiting for our development platform to support Linux, so there has been no progress on that.
