I am using Syncback PRO version 9.5.76.0 and run into a strange problem.
Every month I make a backup of my Android phone via Syncback Touch to my Windows computer. That went well, until now.
Syncback PRO (Touch) no longer selects the .txt, .apk .backup files even though they are on the phone.
Symcback does see images etc.
If I continued to run Syncback would delete the files from the computer, that cannot be the intention. I wonder what's going on here.
I have three screenshots,
-part of the map selection
-the profile description
-the result, the result, the files are deleted incorrectly
What strikes me is that the names of the files in question in the folder selection are lighter in color. The extensions are not in the filter.
Can someone help me?

Re: Syncback Touch ignores the existing of some files
For starters, check SyncBack Touch permissions. You need to explicitly grant permissions to SyncBack Touch to access and manage all files on the device. Open the device settings > Apps > SyncBack Touch and grant "All files access" permission. It is possible that it is set to Media files only and that's why you are only able to see/copy image files.
