Hello,
I have SyncBackSE V11 on my PC and backup my laptop files using SyncBack Touch.
Is there any way I can control the backup from the laptop?

Configure a profile to connect to SyncBack Touch on your phones, then manage and control backups remotely through the SyncBack interface on your laptop.

yes you can control, use syncback touch for remote management, which will enable you to initiate and monitor backups from laptop.
