Hello,
I haven't found how do this with the Free version of Syncback* so it could only be available in the commercial versions.
As a work-around to the Free version not copying locked files, I was wondering if a profile could close a given application before running (and possibly wait a few seconds so I can save the file, before Syncback gives it another try). I don't mind if I have to restart the app after Syncback is done.
Thank you.
