Source/Destination folder - alternatives

Post by ppack »

Hi, I am moving from version 6 to version 9, and I have to get used to it.

In version 6, in a profile, next to the source or destination folder, there was a way to see alternatives. For example %LABEL=mylabel%\ would show as D:\ as an alternative.

This was very convenient. Where has this gone in version 9?

I am on Windows 10 64 bits and use the portable version of V9.2.12.0 (64 bits)

Hi,

Click on the down arrow button to the left of the source/destination paths to see the alternative paths.

Thank you.

Thank you for this.

If I may suggest some UI improvement, you may add some hover text on that arrow like was present in version 6, something like "click to see alternatives" otherwise many people have no clue that this arrow can be clicked or what a click would do. To be honest, before reading your answer, I thought that this arrow was just cosmetics and not functional.
