I've been running SyncbackSE V8.5.122.0 (32bit) for some years now. I've read the pertinent help and support links on 2brightsparks.com.
1. I should not have 32-bit and 64-bit app versions installed at the same time or complications occur.
2. To switch from 32-bit to 64-bit version I should export my 32bit version app profiles, uninstall the 32bit version, install the 64bit version and THEN import my previously exported profiles.
So apparently profiles are app bit version independent(?). And if I do the above summation procedures then my 64bit version should be able to use (import) my previous 32bit profiles, correct?

Ugh can't find a way to edit my above post. I surmise that the below only applies to same bit version of Upgrades, Correct?

All versions of SyncBackSE can safely be installed over an existing installation. By doing this, you will ensure any profiles you have created continue to be active. Upgrading SyncBackSE is a simple three step procedure:
