Hello! Hope you are doing well, sorry I've just seen your thread,
If you want to delete a file before copying a new one, simply follow this process: First, remove the existing file from the location where the new one will go. Once the old file is deleted, you can then copy the new file to that same location. Many backup tools, like SyncBackPro, can be set up to do this automatically by running a script that deletes the file before copying the new one. This ensures you don't end up with duplicate or outdated files. If you want to know more about it, feel free to ask me.
