SyncBackFree is the freeware version of SyncBack. It is *not* an evaluation version of SyncBackPro/SE.

After Updating From V11 To V12 Notify Not Working

I updated my 2 PCs from V11 to V12 like I always do, just install the new version over the top of the old version (Windows 11 Pro). Both PCs now have the same problem - I no longer receive notification displays or audio sounds for a profile prompt. I made no changes to the Windows 11 Notification options and all profile options now display some sort of red error icon over the Notify profile option, see screen shot below from one of the profiles.

What does the red error icon mean and how do I fix the notifications so that they work like they did in V11?

Try removing the check for "Do not display a notification if active application". Works for me.

Looks like a good catch that I missed. \:D/ I unchecked the option for all the profiles on my laptop, ran SB and the notifications were back. I'll have to wait for my wife to get off the desktop and make the same changes there. Thanks for the tip!!
